The latest expansion set, Genetic Apex, introduces a total of 226 base cards to Pokémon TCG Pocket. As players engage in daily card pulls, averaging at least ten cards from two packs, it’s common to accumulate duplicates. You can easily manage your collection by visiting the ‘My Cards’ section, accessible by tapping the card icon located at the bottom of the screen.
Managing Your Card Collection
Once in the ‘My Cards’ section, you can sort your cards by duplicates, allowing you to quickly identify the extras in your collection. The number displayed in the bottom-left corner of each card indicates how many copies you possess.
What To Do With Duplicate Cards
If you find yourself wondering how to handle duplicate cards in Pokémon TCG Pocket, look no further! By clicking on any card in your collection, you will notice a button labeled ‘Obtain Flair’. This feature allows you to trade in some copies of a card for visual enhancements that appear during battles.
To utilize the ‘Obtain Flair’ option, you’ll need to spend Shinedust, which you can earn by completing missions or opening new card packs. For your duplicate rare cards, this menu also offers the chance to exchange them for Special Shop Tickets. Keep in mind that Shinedust is required for this exchange as well.
Shopping for Accessories
The Special Shop Tickets can be used to purchase various accessories, including special coins, sleeves, and playmats. Although the shop’s current inventory is limited, players can expect new items to be added in future updates, enhancing their card-playing experience.
